Indigenous Tourism BC

Indigenous Tourism BC was one of the best clients I’ve worked with as a content creator, and I had such a memorable trip in the Summer of 2020. My business partner/boyfriend, Brendin Kelly, is Indigenous, so it was a pleasure to work with Indigenous Tourism BC on this project. We had the opportunity to learn about the Syilx of the Okanagan Nation and dive deep into their culture and way of life. Our trip consisted of visiting sacred hiking trails in West Kelowna, visiting the Nk’Mip Desert Cultural Centre in Osoyoos and trying traditional foods like bannock and salmon.
